High Season – June 1 through September 30th
$1500/week for up to 4 people. $250/night, 3-5 nights. $300/night 1-2 night bookings.
Extra person $25/night each, children under 3 is free.

Shoulder Season – March, April, May, October and Christmas/New Year’s
$1000week for up to 4 people. 3-5 nights $195/night. 1-2 night bookings $225/night.
Extra person $20/night each, children under 3 is free.

Low Season – November, December, January, February (excluding Christmas/New Years)
$700/week for up to 4 people. 3-5 nights $125/night, 1-2 nights $150/night.
Extra person $20/night each, children under 3 is free.

Payment terms: We accept cash, cheques, travelers cheques at this time only. 50% of the fee is due at time of booking to secure your dates.

Cancellation Policy:
One month’s notice: full refund minus $50 administration fee. Less than one month’s notice, we can only provide refund if we are able to rebook the space, and the administration fee applies.
